By accessing or using FreshMart ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You may use FreshMart only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper operation of the website
• Resell products purchased from FreshMart without permission

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraud detection
• Payment is processed securely via Razorpay
• We do not store payment card information

5. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, reliable, or accurate. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FreshMart, including logos, images, text, and software, is the property of FreshMart and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FreshMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
