FreshMart currently delivers to most major cities and towns across India. To check if we deliver to your area, enter your PIN code during checkout. We are continuously expanding our delivery network.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order in real-time from your account dashboard under "My Orders."
If you miss a delivery, our delivery partner will attempt delivery again the next business day. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
